Officially formed in 2008, Conquer Technology was started by Michael Simmons and Danelle Ice (both life-long Alaskans) as a means to help Interior Alaska businesses and personal computer users resolve problems and implement new technologies quickly and effectively. 

Michael has worked on computers and in IT service organizations since leaving college at UAF in 1997.  Michael was influenced at an early age to go into business for himself, and with each job position he held it brought him closer to his goal.  He has worked the helpdesk for both Internet Service Providers and Enterprise-level environments; consulted with users and local businesses; implemented solutions for networking and technology; Installed and configured servers and workstations; and has provided training sessions to users and companies on how to operate their applications and systems proficiently. 

Danelle has been teaching people how to use technology more effectively and efficiently since she began her first Computer Science course in college (UAF also).  She specializes in the expert user functions of applications and can train anybody to use their software with simple shortcuts and methods that will improve their productivity.

And so for the two of us, working together - Conquer Technology seemed the perfect name.  It's what we do, and it's what we help you to do.  It is our simple mission to remove the frustrations of working with unfamiliar technologies from our customers lives, to provide the knowledge of what options up-to-date technologies offer, and the expertise to implement them.
