Network Certification

For us to fully manage your network we must be able to communicate effectively and reliably on the network. And we need to resolve any ongoing technical issues before we can take over and move into a maintenance mode.

So for our Managed Services Clients, we begin by performing remediation on their networks, ensuring from the beginning of our providing service that:

  • All Windows Servers are running current OS versions, with all the latest Service Packs and Critical Updates;
  • All Desktop and Laptop PC's are running current OS versions, with all the latest Service Packs and Critical Updates;
  • All Software in use in the environment is Genuine, Licensed, and Vendor Supported;
  • There is a server-based AntiVirus Solution - with current license subscription and up to date virus definitions to protect all Servers, Desktop and Laptop PC's, and Email;
  • There is a Backup Solution in place that can be monitored and is able to send notifications on job failures and successes;
  • There is a hardware firewall in place between the Internal Network and the Internet;
  • Any wireless network traffic is secure and encrypted; 
  • That the network is able to be accessed by remote diagnostic software and technical support via a secure Internet-based connection.
Once your network is up to par, and is able to meet these minimum requirement, we can effectively support all aspects of the network and technology in your organization.
